I combine coaching and therapy techniques for executives to uncover issues that may be slowing progress and to capitalize on existing strengths to continue to thrive. I became interested in this specialty after I spent 5 years as part of a training team at the University of Pennsylvania working with the Non Commissioned Officers of our United States Army. Learning and teaching skills to this unique population of elite leaders was such a profound experience. It has been one of my biggest pleasures to continue this work with high performing individuals and executives. Areas of focus include:
